While your order arrives, please check the contents before accepting. If any loss, damage, or packages were being opened, please REFUSE accepting the package right away to the carrier and enter a claim immediately with us. This action will smooth the refund process. Without this action, we won’t be responsible for any situations of loss, damage or packages being opened. Thank you for your understanding.
*Holiday Return Policy: For the 2022 holiday season, most of the items purchased between November 25 and December 31 can be returned until January 31, 2023.
- Our delivery is FAST! We ship all orders within 1-3 business days and a tracking number will be provided.
- We ship only to Canada and the US.
- Please provide a FULL LEGAL NAME of the recipient in the order to ensure smooth receiving or pickup at pickup point if necessary. We are not responsible for the package lost if the situation applied as mentioned.
- Without a correct shipping address from the buyer, the order will be cancelled accordingly and be informed by email/message.
- Buyer is responsible for providing a correct address to the seller. Seller is not responsible for providing any replacements if the buyer provides a wrong address on the order.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- For US customers to return the products, please declare the return value to $0 (Amount).
- All return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving the orders.
- All returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMA will be provided upon opening a return authorization.
- All returns must be sent within 30 days after the date of receiving the order. After 30 days, the returns will not be accepted or subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Dead/Damaged on arrival products (DOA) must be claimed within 14 days after delivery date.
- Lost or non-received packages must be claimed within 3 business days from the arriving date. All claims will be required up to 10 days for investigations to be completed by the seller's carrier.
- Shipping fee is not refundable.
- If we received a wrong return item ( with incorrect Serial Number or it is completely a different order item), we will not process the RMA / Return. You are responsible to ship the correct item and use your own carrier if you wish for a RMA / Return process, we will not reimburse the shipping fee. In regards to the wrong return item you have shipped, you will also be responsible for the shipping fee.
- All refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days upon receiving the product back at our warehouse.
- We reserve the right to contact the client prior to shipping if a product they are ordering cannot be returned unless defective.
- Opened Consumables such as Ink/Toners, Projectors, or Headphones cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- For all the open-box listing products are non refundable.
Condition of Return and Restocking Fee
- Return products should remain in original packaging and original condition as supplied to you with no missing parts (including any replacement parts that you have received).
- If you have any concerns with the order you received, please contact us and leave the product package unopened. A 15%restocking fee will be charged once the package has opened.
- For non-defective and opened products will be subject to 15% restocking fee, there is an extra 5% restocking fee if the returned order came back with any missing parts. These fees would be deducted on any returned products except the non-opened products and defective ones.
- For the products that are damaged, missing parts, not in original condition or obvious sign of use or abuse that is not due to V&L Canada error will be subject to a restocking fee up to 50% plus shipping fee for returning the products.
Return shipping Policy
- You are responsible for all return shipping fees and costs, and also for properly packing in its original packaging.
- We provide a shipping label for all the returns, this shipping fee will be deducted from the refund accordingly. Only the defective product or mistake/fault from the seller will be provided a free return label.
- We will provide the estimated return shipping fee before agreement. Once buyers use the return shipping labels we provide, it will be a confirmed agreement.
- If the buyer used his/her own chosen carrier, we are not responsible for this return shipping fee, package damage, or missing during return transit from the buyer.
- Please disassemble the gaming chair completely and carefully place it back in its original packaging to prevent any damage during the return process. The product must be returned together with its original packaging in the same condition as supplied to you with no missing parts (including any replacement parts that you have received).
- All returns must include the copy of order number and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). ATTENTION: Please leave the copies inside of the shipping box we provided with the return product. For the product that was originally shipped without a shipping box, please leave the copies in an envelope and tape it on outside of the product box itself ( If the product box is opened, it will be considered as an open box and the return order will be charged 15% restocking fee automatically).
- Please send order cancellation to release the hold on your funds.
- After sending an order cancellation to us: When items have been shipped, please refuse the delivery, there won’t be a return shipping fee required if we provide the label in this case and we will be able to process a refund within 5 business days after a notice from the carrier. Without refusing the delivery, there will be a return shipping fee required if we provided the return shipping label.
- Without sending an order cancellation to us: When products refused for delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee on all refunds provided.
